Who we are

legendbrix.com ("LegendBrix," "we," "us," or "our") is located at 3643 W Garfield St, Phoenix, AZ 85009, United States. These Terms govern your access to and use of the site, and any purchase you make from it.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on this site. This is separate from the product safety notice below, which concerns who the physical product itself is suitable for.

Products

We design and sell original, brick-compatible model kits, available as Standard or Collector Gift Box editions. Prices, piece counts, and included contents are as shown on each product page at the time of your order.

Product safety notice, shown on every relevant product page: Ages 16+. Contains small parts. Not suitable for children under 3.

Order Protected

Order Protected is an optional, paid add-on available at checkout. Adding it to your order extends your return rights as described in our Refund Policy. It is separate from, and does not affect, our standard coverage for manufacturing defects, which applies to every order regardless of whether Order Protected was added.

Payment

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, and Visa. All prices are listed in USD. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Original design

LegendBrix designs original MOC (My Own Creation) building brick sets. As shown on our product pages:

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the LEGO Group or any other building brick manufacturer.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the normal operation of the site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LegendBrix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim.

Disclaimer of warranties

Products are provided "as is," alongside the specific guarantees described in our Refund Policy. Beyond those stated guarantees, we do not make any other warranty, express or implied, about the products.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
