What you are actually buying
Is this compatible with leading building brick brands?
Yes. Standard studs and clutch, so it fits with the bricks you already own. We are an independent designer and are not affiliated with any other brick brand.
How many pieces are in each set?
General Lee is 1,334 pieces, K.I.T.T is 1,277, and the Bandit Trans Am is 1,318. The count is in each product title, so it is always the current number.
How many minifigures come with each set?
General Lee comes with three, K.I.T.T with one, and the Bandit Trans Am with one. Buy all three together and you get all five.
What age is this for?
Ages 16+. The sets contain small parts, and the build is designed for adult hands and adult patience rather than for children.
What is in the box?
The set in numbered bags, spare parts, a large-print manual, a display stand and a nameplate. The manual is printed large on purpose, so you are not squinting at a diagram halfway through a 1,300-piece build.
What are the decals like — and what if I ruin one?
High-quality decal stickers, pre-cut for each part. Every set ships with the main sheet plus two full spare sheets, so a crooked one is not permanent.
Are the product photos real?
Photographs are of the built set. Where an image is a 3D render we label it as one, on the image itself.
Shipping and tracking
Getting it to you
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
All orders ship from the United States with tracked, worldwide delivery. Standard delivery is 15–21 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing.
When do I get a tracking number?
It is emailed the moment your order leaves the warehouse. You can follow it on our Track order page — it queries the carrier directly.
My tracking number does not work yet.
Carriers usually take 24–48 hours to record the first scan, so a brand-new number can come back empty for a day or two. If it is still blank after 48 hours, email us with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
Does the three-car bundle ship free?
Yes. Buying all three sets together applies free shipping automatically, and adds the bonus minifigures. Single sets have shipping calculated at checkout based on destination.
Will I pay customs or import duty?
International orders may be charged customs fees, import duties, or local taxes by the destination country. Those are set by your country, not by us, and are not included in the price at checkout. Full detail is in the Shipping Policy.
I entered the wrong address.
Email us as soon as you notice. We can change the address before the order ships, but not after it has left the warehouse.
If something is wrong
Problems, parts and returns
A piece is missing, wrong, or damaged.
Send us one clear photo and your order number. We ship the replacement part free, on every order, and you never have to send anything back. Every set also ships with spare parts in numbered bags, so check those first — the piece may already be in the box.
Can I return a set if I change my mind?
Return rights for a change of mind depend on whether Order Protected was added to your order at checkout. Coverage for missing, wrong, or damaged parts applies either way. The exact terms are in the Refund Policy. Approved returns are received at 3643 W Garfield St, Phoenix, AZ 85009, United States — always after a return authorization, never before.
What is Order Protected?
An optional add-on shown at checkout for a small fee. It extends your return rights to cover a simple change of mind. It is separate from our standard coverage for manufacturing defects, which applies whether or not you add it. You can check whether your order has it on your order confirmation email.
How long does a claim take?
We reply to every case within 48 hours, and confirmed replacement parts typically ship within 48 hours of review. The full step-by-step is on our Dispute Resolution page.
